1. The program

1.1 The EvoDNA Affiliate Partner Program (“Program”) lets approved partners introduce customers to EvoDNA products and earn commissions on qualifying purchases.

1.2 Participation requires an application, EvoDNA’s review and written approval. Submitting an application does not create a partner account or any right to commission or payment. EvoDNA may decline any application.

1.3 Partners may participate individually or, with EvoDNA’s approval, as a two-person team (section 5).

2. Partner links and attribution

2.1 Each approved partner receives a personal referral link. An approved team also receives a team campaign link.

2.2 A purchase is attributed to a partner when the customer used that partner’s link (or, for a team, any of the team’s three links) before completing the purchase and the referral is recorded within 30 days of the visit. The most recent EvoDNA partner link used before the customer’s first qualifying purchase determines the partner.

2.3 Original partner. When a referred new customer makes their first qualifying paid purchase, that customer is assigned permanently to the referring partner or team. Later qualifying purchases by the same customer (matched by billing email address or EvoDNA account) are credited to that original partner or team, even if the customer later uses another partner’s link.

2.4 Purchases by a partner (or a team member) for themselves, and purchases by customers who had already purchased from EvoDNA before the referral, do not earn commission or the customer discount.

2.5 At launch, attribution is by link only; partner coupon codes are not part of the Program.

2.6 EvoDNA may correct an attribution that results from error, fraud or breach of these terms. Corrections apply to future purchases unless the original attribution was improper.

3. Customer discount

3.1 A referred new customer receives 10% off eligible products on their first qualifying purchase only. Later purchases receive no Program discount.

4. Commissions

4.1 Eligible products: Evo Blueprint, supplements (including supplement collections), add-on reports (Pharmacogenomics (PGx) Test and Longevity DNA Report) and individual genetics reports. Evo Clock, Evo Premium and any product not listed are not eligible unless EvoDNA notifies partners otherwise in writing.

4.2 Rates:

4.3 Basis: the amount the customer actually paid for eligible products after all discounts, excluding taxes, shipping and fees.

4.4 Rounding: commission for an order is calculated at full precision and rounded once to the nearest cent (half a cent rounds up).

4.5 No commission is paid for recruiting other partners.

4.6 Refunds and cancellations: if an order is cancelled or fully or partly refunded, the commission is reduced in proportion. If the commission had already been paid, the reduction is deducted from the partner’s future commissions.

5. Two-person teams

5.1 An approved team shares one commission per qualifying purchase, split equally between the two members. Joining a team never increases the total commission EvoDNA pays for a purchase.

5.2 When a commission cannot be split exactly, the extra cent alternates between the members from order to order.

5.3 Each member must accept these terms individually and complete their own payout setup; each member is paid separately.

5.4 If a team ends, customers already assigned to the team remain with it and later commissions on those customers continue to be shared by its two members. New referrals are credited to the individual member whose link was used.

6. Hold and payment

6.1 Each commission is recorded when the customer places the order and is held until 30 days after the order is marked completed (fulfilled); it then becomes eligible and is added to the partner’s balance. Commissions on cancelled or failed orders are void.

6.2 Eligible balances are paid monthly on the last calendar day of the month (cutoff 23:00 US Central time), in US dollars, by Stripe transfer to the partner’s own Stripe account.

6.3 Balances under US $25 carry forward to the next month.

6.4 EvoDNA pays Stripe’s Program transfer fees. The partner is responsible for any fees charged by Stripe or the partner’s bank for the partner’s own account and payouts, and for currency conversion.

6.5 To receive payment a partner must complete Stripe’s onboarding and verification. Balances accrue but are not paid until onboarding is complete. EvoDNA never asks for bank details by email or through its website forms.

6.6 Partners are responsible for their own taxes. EvoDNA (or Stripe on EvoDNA’s behalf) may request tax information and issue tax forms (for example, Form 1099 for U.S. partners).

7. Promotion rules

7.1 Partners must clearly disclose their paid relationship with EvoDNA wherever they promote it (for example, under FTC Endorsement Guides).

7.2 Partners may only use product information provided or approved by EvoDNA, and must not make medical, diagnostic or health-outcome claims, or promise earnings.

7.3 Partners must not send spam, bid on EvoDNA brand terms in paid search, misuse EvoDNA trademarks, create misleading websites, use cookie stuffing or other deceptive practices, or offer unauthorized discounts.

7.4 Partners must comply with applicable law, including privacy, consumer-protection and anti-spam laws.

8. Data and privacy

8.1 EvoDNA processes partner application and program data as described in its Privacy Policy. Partners do not receive customers’ personal or genetic information.

8.2 Program news emails are sent only to partners who opt in, and partners can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Term, changes and termination

9.1 Either party may end participation at any time by notice. EvoDNA may suspend or terminate a partner immediately for breach, fraud or reputational harm.

9.2 On termination, eligible commissions earned in compliance with these terms are paid in the next payout cycle, subject to section 4.6.

9.3 EvoDNA may change these terms or the commission schedule with 30 days’ notice. Changes do not affect commissions on purchases made before the change takes effect.

10. General

10.1 Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of EvoDNA.

11. Sales Partners

11.1 EvoDNA may admit partners to the Sales Partner track through a Sales Partner invitation. Sections 1 to 10 apply to Sales Partners except as set out in this section.

11.2 Commission: instead of the rates in section 4.2, a Sales Partner earns 10% of the amount described in section 4.3 on every qualifying purchase of eligible products (section 4.1) by a customer attributed to the Sales Partner, on the customer’s first and later purchases alike.

11.3 Milestone bonuses: a Sales Partner receives one-time bonuses of US $50, US $150 and US $500 on reaching 5, 15 and 50 qualifying sales. A sale counts once its commission has completed the hold in section 6.1 and been approved. Each bonus is paid once, with the monthly payout (section 6).

11.4 Sales Partners earn only on purchases by customers. Nothing is paid for recruiting or enrolling other partners (section 4.5), and purchases by a Sales Partner for themselves do not count (section 2.4).

11.5 Two-person teams (section 5) are not available on the Sales Partner track.
