- Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order is non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Shipping and Delivery
Evo DNA ships all testing kits via USPS regular mail or equivalent standard postal service.
Delivery times are subject to the carrier’s schedules and may vary depending on location and postal delays. Evo DNA has no control over shipping timelines and is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the postal carrier.
- Sample Collection and Lab Processing
Customers are responsible for properly collecting and mailing their samples back to the laboratory using the instructions provided in the kit. Evo DNA is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage to kits returned through mail services.
- Processing Time for Results
Average processing time for test results is approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks from the date the laboratory receives your sample.
Processing time may vary depending on:
- The quality and integrity of the collected DNA samples; and
- The need for re-analysis or re-runs to ensure accuracy.
Evo DNA will make reasonable efforts to deliver results as promptly as possible but does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.
- Limitations of Liability
Evo DNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, lost packages, sample quality issues, or laboratory re-testing requirements.
